Department of Computer Science and Engineering was established in the year 2008.The department aims at technical and professional competency and also aids in inculcating moral and ethical values. The alacrity of the students to learn makes it easier for the department of computer science and engineering to produce top-notch engineers who can be recruited by companies all over the world.

Mission

          The mission of the department is to create a centre of excellence for budding professionals so as to equip them with strong fundamental concepts, programming and problem solving skills with an exposure to emerging technologies by providing hands-on experience. Also, to inculcate in them values and leadership qualities, with a zeal to serve society and to bridge the divide.

Department Objectives

          1. Excel in all aspects of academic research and produce a high quality science based professionals and enhance their general skills in logical and analytical understanding.

          2. To provide the students with ability to perform analysis, specification, design and implementation of quality computer solutions.

          4. To instill within the students the technical, communicative and character skills that will prepare them not just for technical roles but for leadership roles as well.
